FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $100 — no code needed!

Dispatch Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our HQ in Geelong, VIC. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Options:
Standard shipping delivered via Australia Post in 2–6 business days after dispatch.

Need it in a hurry? Express Shipping arrives in 1–2 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Sunny Change cover as much as we do — but if it's not quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind Returns:
You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Simply email us at hello@sunnychange.com.au with your order number and request, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Items:

We take quality seriously. If you believe your item is faulty, even after use, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault

We’ll assess the issue and do our best to make it right.
